Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure all websites imagery are engaging.
Work with the Product Management, Technical/Development and Design teams to ensure alignment with the brand strategies.
Analyse market, consumer and competitive trends and apply as appropriate.
Manage, monitor, and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions, feedback, threats and changes regarding the company’s web presence and action as appropriate.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Proven record of matching deadlines to deliver projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Well versed experience in using design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, working knowledge of After Effects/Maya or any 3D software.
Deep knowledge of the image manipulation process and understanding how to make a product fit in a stock image.
Create and adapt packaging artwork on supplied dielines
Maintain proper bleed, fold, and safety areas
Create packaging mockups when required
Knowledge of spot UV, foil & special finishes
Knowledge of AI tools like Runway, Mid Journey etc.
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to navigate in both Mac and PC environments.
Proven track record in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills for preparing reports and KPI monitoring.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
Knowledge of print formats, materials, and finishing techniques
